Duties:

  • Develop Operational Plan
  • Implement ICT Governance Principles within the prescribed frameworks
  • Develop and implement Service Management Plan
  • Management of staff
  • Management of budget

Requirements:

  • Minimum Honours Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years managerial experience
  • Minimum 5 years in technical infrastructure and network
  • Certification in LAN and WAN Technologies
  • Certification in COBIT and ITIL standards
  • 24/7 availability
